I am a boba tea addict.
There, I admit it.
For months now, I consume about one cup of boba tea a day.
I recognize that I have a problem, but man is there anything more refreshing than an ice cold boba milk tea with chewy tapioca balls?
Fortunately, I am fairly active and don't have other sweet cravings.
I save my sugar consumption for that daily tea.
So from the outside, it appears I can "handle" the sugar and calories.
Still, all that sugar can't be good for me.
I am thinking about limiting my boba intake to only the days when I work out.
